A: In order to minimise technical delays and difficulties we are asking speakers in parallel sessions to supply a pdf copy of their talk in advance to their parallel session convenor(s). Convenors will be given access to a google drive where talks should be uploaded.
Talks can be delivered from your own laptop or mobile device if you wish, but they should also be sent to convenors in advance so that they can be accessed from a computer in the lecture room if necessary.
If you bring your own mobile device then there will be HDMI and VGA cables available in each room to connect to the data projector. Please bring your own adapters and connectors as necessary to connect your device to these cables.
pdf files for talks should be made available to the convenors of the appropriate parallel session at least 24 hours in advance of the session for them to upload to the google drive.
After the session we plan to make talks available via the conference web site. Again these should be made available as pdf files for the session convenor to upload to the google drive within 24 hours of the session finishing. Please let us know if for any reason you do not want your talk to be made available via the conference web site after your talk.
